Use of LTOL services constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
LTOL strives to provide the best Internet, email, and web-hosting services possible. For the benefit of all our customers, LTOL has an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for the protection of all of our customers that applies to all our services except of computer repair. LTOL reserves the right to terminate any service at any time, without notice or refund. Services may be terminated for violations of the AUP.
LTOL customers are responsible for the activities of their end users and by accepting services from LTOL agree to ensure that their end users will abide by this policy.
LTOL services may not be used to sending unsolicited bulk email (spam). LTOL mailboxes may not be used as drop boxes.
LTOL services may not be used to display, receive or transmit material that is unlawful, threatening, or libelous, or any other material deemed inappropriate or to engage in harassment through abusive language, frequency of messages, or size of message.
LTOL services may not be used to advertise, transmit, or otherwise make available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but is not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send unsolicited bulk email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks, key loggers or root kits.
LTOL customers may not attempt to gain access to any account, data or computer resource not belonging to them. Nor may they access, alter, destruct, or any attempt there of, any information that does not belong to them by any means or device. LTOL customers may not attempt to circumvent user authentication on LTOL services.
LTOL reserves the right to disconnect idle dial-up connections. LTOL has a one account one session policy for dial-up accounts; simultaneous logins are not permitted.
LTOL offers no guarantee for the security of customers' passwords and data used with LTOL service. LTOL will make every effort to keep passwords and data secure; the customer has no enforceable right to total privacy from a data packet standpoint. LTOL will not disclose any confidential information that is given to LTOL except where required by law or for complaints of abuse or illegal downloads. LTOL will not sell customer information or email addresses.
LTOL expects and demands that any customer or end user will not violate any laws while using the services of LTOL.
LTOL reserves the right to track and log all IP addresses, so that abuse complaints and illegal downloads of copyrighted material may be traced to their source and such activity may result in termination of service. Complaints can be emailed to support@ltol.com so the problem can be resolved.
LTOL deems that website owner/customer is solely responsible for the content of their website. LTOL is NOT responsible for any content. Website owner/customer can be legally liable for any and all content of their website. The owner/customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LTOL for any loss, liability, claim, damage or expense arising from or in conjunction with the contents of owner/customer’s web site.
LTOL reserves the right to delete any and all customer data, including backups, email and web site content, after a customer no longer has service with LTOL.
LTOL reserves the right to email LTOL customers at any time.
LTOL is never responsible for any long distance telephone charges that the customer or end user may incur. It is the customer/end user responsibility to select/check for a local dial up number.
LTOL reserves the right to make changes to this and any policies at any time.
