January, February and March, 3 Part Web Design Series

Starting in January, we'll be offering a three part class on Web Design.  From the first class, we'll create a banner that we'll use in the second class to create our website.  The third class will teach us to optimize our web site for each engines.  Each of these classes can be taken without the other two; they are independent.

Thursday, March 18th, Search Engine Optimization

This lesson will cover the fundamentals of optimizing your web site for search engine visibility and provide tools and resources to increase a web site's visibility.  Class discussion will also cover search engine marketing options and webmaster tools.

Lake Tahoe On Line offers a series of computer training classes monthly as a service to the community.  If you'd like to be notified by email of upcoming classes, send an email to training-subscribe@ltol.com.

Classes are free!  No previous computer experience is required.

The classes are hands on, interactive training sessions with all materials and computer access provided.  You are welcome to bring your own camera and or laptop to class.

Classes start at 6:00 pm and end no later than 8:00 pm.

All classes are held at LTOL offices in Truckee.

Each class has time allotted to answer student questions on any computer topic.  Email us if you'd like to propose a topic for the next class.
