Hosted Exchange synchronizes your email, contacts, calendars and
tasks between all the different places you need it. For
example, you can update a phone number on your PDA while away from your
office and Hosted Exchange will update the phone number on your desktop
computer and your laptop as well. Everything is live and updated all the
time.
With Hosted Exchange, your email, contacts, calendar and tasks are
automatically backed up for you every day. You can also
access all your information from any computer, with only a web browser
and an Internet connection. Hosted Exchange also comes with
Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 at no charge.
Domain users (folks who all share @business.com email
addresses) can
share calendars, contacts, tasks. When you schedule company
meetings, you have visibility into shared calendars so you can see when
your colleagues are available.
On-going fees
$15.00 per email address. Includes 100 MB, multiple machines,
Outlook Web Access (OWA), sharing with other domain email addresses
$5.00 per month for additional 100 MB of storage*
$5.00 per month for Windows Wireless Active Sync

*All email accounts have a default 20MB size limit on incoming mail.
